She is also on the faculty as an Attending Dentist in the Level One Trauma Center at St. Barnabas Hospital. She is passionate about providing anesthesia care for dental patients, and believes everyone has a right to a bright, beautiful smile.
As a medical professional with a fierce commitment to her patients’ well-being, Dr. Singh is grateful for the opportunity to serve in a hospital community alongside energetic, like-minded professionals who share her passion for quality healthcare. Working in a hospital environment allows her to stay on the cutting edge in current medical techniques and practices. In addition to her work with patients, Dr. Singh also teaches medical and dental residents best methods for providing anesthesia to patients experiencing an incredibly wide range of medical issues. As a young child, Dr. Singh lived with a phobia of dentists, so she places a great emphasis on helping young patients work through their own fears of dentistry. Additionally, each of her students also learn how to help little ones overcome their fears of the dentists’ chair.
Dr. Singh graduated with honors from the Buffalo School of Dental Medicine. She completed her dental anesthesia residency at Jacobi Medical Center at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York. She holds certifications in basic life support (BLS), advanced cardiac life support (ACLS), and pediatric life support (PALS). She is a proud New York native who completed her education entirely in the state she calls home.
Additionally, she is a member of the American Dental Association, the New York Dental Association, the American Society of Dentist Anesthesiologists, the American Academy of General Dentistry, and the American Association of Women Dentists.
